L'histoire ne se dé-roule pas, il n'y a pas de dénouement de l'intrigue. En fin de film, le spectateur doit revisionner mentalement le film et en faire la relecture sémiologique afin de reconstruire la narration. | Several recent films (Memento, Sixth Sense, Mulholland Drive, Spider) could be characterized by their mystifying narratives. Unlike the thriller, there is no unraveling of plot. Instead, a rewinding is forced upon the spectator at the film's closure. He/she must return to the film mentally, re-read it semiotically and reconstruct the narrative. |
